Morning Glory SMOOTHIE!
(Can you tell I like making up smoothie names? Lol)
Blend the following…
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Kale
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach
- 1-1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Large Cucumber (with skin)*** Note: This Smoothie isn’t sweet, if you prefer a bit of sweetness in your smoothie try adding some Honey, agave or even a sweeter fruit ***
+ I packed my smoothie to go and left another in the fridge for dinner!! 2 birds one stone!! ;p
